Adult Care Assessor - Cornwall

What you'll do:
- Deliver engaging training sessions aligned to apprenticeship standards and EPA requirements
- Conduct workplace assessments and support learners through their qualification journey
- Create individual learning plans and provide structured progress reviews
- Embed safeguarding, Prevent, and British Values into all delivery
- Maintain compliance with Ofsted, Skills England, and awarding body standards
- Build strong relationships with employers and support learner development
- Contribute to quality assurance processes and continuous improvement initiatives
What you need:
- Recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert.Ed., DET) and/or Assessor qualification (TAQA, A1, D32/33)
- Experience delivering and assessing apprenticeship programmes in adult care
- Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards, EPA processes, and funding rules
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Sector-specific qualifications relevant to adult care
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
